7: Indian Arts Festival at the Edge of the Cedars Museum. Tribes from all over the Southwest come to the festival to display their art and jewelry. JULY
No one hosts a 4th of July celebration like Blanding! Start the festivities with the Mayor's Prayer Breakfast, then choose a spot on Main Street to cheer a traditional parade. Special events fill the day with food and craft booths and carnival rides. End the celebration with a bang as you watch Blanding's incredible firework's show. A highlight of September in Blanding is the San Juan ATV Safari. People from all over the United States attend this event. Blanding has some of the best ATV trails in North America!
